Grow (Disciple)
So, you committed your life to Christ, now what? Lots of people have that exact question. Well, we have the answer! We call it discipleship. Remember that School of Leaders that we were talking about? Well that's part of our discipleship process because it has to do with equipping you to feel confident when you talk to others about Jesus.

The Goal of Discipleship is to equip you to reach your full leadership potential. We do this with solid fundamental teachings that equip and train you to understand and spread the vision. Discipleship is an essential step in not only making you a better disciple, but forming you as a leader.

Biblically, discipleship is not an Option! (Read: Eph.4:12-16) When you commit to Jesus Christ as Lord, you also commit to His Word , and this requires work on your part. This is a responsibility that you can't overlook without tragic results.
The School of Leaders is broken into 3 trimesters where everyone that receives Christ is brought into this formation process after consolidation. Discipleship is not just theological indoctrination, but something practical and applicable for everyone, so that your quality of life is improved in every area of your experience as Christians.

The end goal of Discipleship is that each leader becomes successful in carrying out God’s vision of Winning the Lost, Consolidating them into Christ’s freedom and Body, Discipling them to Follow Him, and Sending them to multiply the Kingdom, as they do for others what was done for them. Jesus said, "As the Father sent Me, even so send I you!"

We accomplish discipleship in cell through the cell leader, cell member relationship, and School of Leaders. If you aren't plugged in to a cell, start today! If you are in a cell but aren't in School of Leaders, talk to your cell leader today.
